Constantinof si Asociatii welcomes Stere Learciu as Senior Lawyer with our Litigation Department

Constantinof si Asociatii is pleased to announce that, starting with October 2011, Stere Learciu has joined the Firm as Senior Lawyer.

Mr. Stere Learciu, attorney at law, brings an added value to our team, thanks to his professional experience of over 33 years, both as a lawyer and as a judge.

He dealt with a vast amount of litigation matters in the Civil and Commercial Law and has post-graduate studies in the field of Criminal Science. The high professional standards of Mr. Learciu have been acknowledged by his appointment as Judge Inspector and Vice-President of the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

His significant professional achievements in the field of litigation as well as familiarity with the law for settlement of various cases he dealt with provided a solid ground for Mr. Stere Learciu in order to offer the clients of Constantinof si Asociatii the best solutions for their legal issues.
