    Bogdan has a rich experience, mainly in the field of civil, commercial, administrative and fiscal litigation, real estate, but also in the field of competition, consumer law and environmental protection, providing legal advice and representation before Romanian court of law or arbitration for domestic and international clients.<\/span><\/p>

    He is also involved in the successful settlement of important projects concerning gaining compensations or in-kind restitution for immovables seized by State during the communist period, respectively in expropriation procedures, but also in debt recovery, insolvency and restructuring of our clients\u2019 activity.<\/span><\/p>

    His professional training and the vast experience in the area of \u200b\u200b dispute resolution, as well as being familiar with the techniques of prevention of disputes offer Bogdan Giugiuc\u0103 a solid basis to provide solutions adapted to our clients\u2019 needs, even outside courts.<\/span><\/p>

    Bogdan graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2002 and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.<\/span><\/p>
