Ana Guzinschi‘s expertise is mainly focused on civil and commercial litigations and arbitration.

She also offers legal assistance on corporate and regulatory issues, in restructuring & insolvency procedures, in cases of administrative law and public procurement, as well as in projects for debt recovery or legal advice for the day-to day activity of our clients, standing out for her structured and comprehensive approach of the cases she deals with.

Ana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2015 and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.

She also has a Master Degree diploma within the Program of Public Procurement, Concessions, Public-Private Partnership, University of Bucharest - Faculty of Law.

Speaks English fluently.
